Theres a common issue with the 400s (LTZ, KFX, DVX, DRZ & KLX) where the one way bearing bolts back out, breaking off and destroying the stator.

This is a Hand made Custom Flywheel Puller tool. Specifically designed for a stuck flywheel that you cannot remove.

Maybe your flywheel has stripped threads or it’s seized to the crank shaft? Either way This tool will GET IT OFF!

There’s a common issue with the 400’s (LTZ, KFX, DVX, DRZ & KLX) where the one way bearing bolts back out, breaking off and destroying the stator. Usually when this happens the flywheel’s threads are damaged & No longer usable with the regular Flywheel puller tool. Therefore you have a stuck flywheel that you cannot remove. This tool will allow you to remove the flywheel in one piece with no damage at all and you can even reuse the flywheel after removal!

This is also a Friendly reminder to locktite your One way bearing bolts!

No returns or refunds but will offer a 1 Year Warranty on this tool if some how you manage to break it or crack it.

It’s Very recommended to lube the threads on the puller before use.
